The Architect

I am a builder of systems—some made of code, others made of culture.

For over two decades, I have worked as a cybersecurity executive and strategist. My career has been spent on the front lines of digital defense, helping global organizations and government entities secure their most critical assets. I look at complex, messy environments and find ways to introduce order and safety.

The Journey

My perspective is shaped by movement. Originally from Brazil, I moved my family to the Canadian Rockies over a decade ago.

That journey taught me that resilience isn't just a technical term for servers; it is a human requirement. Navigating new languages, cultures, and corporate landscapes revealed that the "soft skills" of leadership are often harder—and more critical—than the technical ones.

Beyond the Boardroom

I write because the slide decks aren't enough.

In my books and articles, I strip away the corporate buzzwords to explore the reality of our work. Sometimes that means a technical deep-dive into Supply Chain Security or new protocols like PoCA (Proof of Conscious Action). Other times, it means exploring the emotional intelligence required to lead a team through a crisis.

I am an author, a strategist, and a lifelong student of how things work.
